When you utilize the ScrapixData APIs or Dashboard, we automatically collect telemetry data necessary for the operation, maintenance, and security of our high-concurrency infrastructure. This includes your IP address, browser type, API request frequency, and the specific target domains you are routing through our systems.
We do not log the specific payload responses returned back to your servers from target domains. Our role is strictly that of an intermediary transit layer.

ScrapixData operates a 50M+ Residential IP pool. It is critical to state that all residential nodes (peers) acting as exit relays within our network have provided explicit, documented, opt-in consent. They are directly compensated for bandwidth sharing, and their traffic is heavily segregated to protect their personal privacy. We enforce strict "no local routing" rules to prevent any network scraping targeting a residential node's internal LAN.
If you reside within the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you are entitled to the Right to Erasure, Right to Rectification, and Right to Data Portability. Because we operate as a stateless transit router for web extraction, we inherently store very minimal PII. You may request an instant account deletion via your dashboard settings at any time.
