Terms of Service - ScrapixData

By registering for an account with ScrapixData, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. "ScrapixData", "we", "us", or "our" refers to ScrapixData Inc. "You" refers to the individual or entity utilizing our API, Proxy Mesh, or accompanying software services.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The ScrapixData scraping API is an immensely powerful tool capable of routing millions of concurrent requests. You explicitly agree not to use our service for any of the following:

Conducting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or intentional traffic flooding.
Scraping highly sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII), including medical records, financial histories, or un-redacted government IDs.
Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, server, or network.
Bypassing authenticated paywalls to pirate copyrighted material en masse.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

We guarantee a 99.99% monthly uptime for Enterprise tier customers. If we fall below this metric, you are eligible for service credits directly proportional to the downtime window. Standard API requests are billed purely based on successful `200 OK` or valid HTML body responses. You are never charged for routing timeouts or Captcha blocks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

ScrapixData claims no proprietary rights over the data you extract using our APIs. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your collection, storage, and utilization of scraped data complies fully with the Terms of Service of the respective target websites, as well as all local, state, and international copyright and privacy statutes.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your API keys, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this AUP or is harmful to our network integrity. In cases of malicious botnet activity utilizing our API, comprehensive logs will be surrendered to the appropriate cyber-security authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

ScrapixData is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall ScrapixData be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or the data acquired through them.
